Well I do know Ministry was created in Chicago.
Al Jourgensen apparently was born in Cuba but grew up in Chicago and partly in Colorado (he also went to college there). After he graduated, he moved back to Chicago and started the band.
I know people that have ran into him in Chicago.I do also know he had lived in Chicago well into the 90's at least. The other members I am not sure.

Deere was born in New Hampshire or something along those lines, but his Steel Plow was built in Grand Detour, IL. and HQ in Moline, etc etc.
Here's one for steve-o, CHRIS CHELIOS! Ex Blackhawk and Canadien, now with the RED WINGS!!!
Another one, Brett Lebda, Cheli's Defensive partner.

Jeez, how old is Chelios? Isn't he about 83 by now? Now, I'm not old, but I'm not young either... and I remember him as far back as grade school!

I believe he is 46. Dont quote me on that though.
Thanks GoHogsGo, I cant believe I forgot about Cheli. Might as well throw in Eddie Olcyk (sp?) while we're at it.
And thanks Avengerfire for the info on Ministry. Actually Al was at the Hawks game last Wednesday against the Ducks at the UC. Have you heard his Blackhawks song "Keys to the City"? Its your classic stadium-beat, infused with a little industrial guitar, its pretty cool. As much as I love "Here Come The Hawks", its nice to have a modern Blackhawks song too. You can find the song on MySpace (if you have an account). Log into MySpace and go to Music, then enter in "Keys to the City" and you should be able to find it and listen to it.
