This wouldnt be so bad if the TOLLWAY was in good shape but its NOT,where does the money go? Didnt they just a few years back make a thing called IPASS so the locals wouldnt have to pay the higher Toll? That didnt last long.

Every other commodity is priced according to supply and demand. If indeed we are going to pay to drive on the tollways, I don't see why they should be any different. Failing to do so encourages the the overconsumption of the resource we see today in the form of miles-long backups. If my wife has to pay a little more to not have to sit in traffic, sign her up.
