That was out along Rt. 47 near Elburn. I have to pick up my son there after work, and its nice because the hills out there offer some good views west for the sunsets. I couldnt get there in time though with all the traffic. I caught the very tail end of the sunset (last image), the sun was HUGE.

Got a tiny little bit of sleet on the ride in this morning. Supposed to only be 37 today and the same tomorrow. But the weekend looks nice, upper 40s and some 50s, with a 60 degree day to kick off next week.

Nice and sunny this morning. Nice, warm sun and rapidly melting snow. I wouldnt be surprised if much (if not all) of the snow is melted before I leave work today. I love spring snowfalls.... Supposed to only be 40 degrees today, which is around 10-12 degrees (!!!) below normal. Tomorrow 45 and sunny again.

The rest of next week looks wonderful, low 50s and upper 50s. Spring? Is that you?

Gee, between yesterday and today, Id swear I was living in Seattle or something. I hate this drizzly crap, drives me nuts.

Supposed to be mostly sunny tomorrow, but a bit cooler, high of only 40!

I agree...snow I don't mind. Hell, the cold is almost enjoyable to me at this point. It's this rainy, soggy, foggy, pacific northwest-like weather that just stinks.
