Who else is flooding out there. I'm right by the Kishwaukee in Sycamore and she's about to go over the banks. I guess I should be used to it by now.
Winter floods are by far, the worst, and to think I was complaining about a little snow and wind a few days ago.

No flooding in Warrenville. The creek looked a little full, but not cresting. Some roads had a little standing water that overflowed from some ditches, but nothing drastic at all.

I agree, great to see the sun. After last nite, I'm not going to complain about cold and snow the rest of the season. Let it rip! No more rain until spring please.
Steve-o, I know you know the area for sure. Missed flood stage by about 6 inches.
Taken on the Rt64 bridge east of Sycamore, looking north.
North side of Rt64 bridge
The foot bridge on the golf course that goes over the Kish. Golf course is a lake right about now.

Is that the trailer park that is on the north side of 64 opposite of the golf course in Sycamore? If so, that place ALWAYS gets flooded when there are above-normal precipitation levels, its ridiculous. I remember it being so bad that they had to shut down that section of Rt. 64 and make everyone take Airport Rd alllllll the way around to Sacramento St. Probably the most poorly planned thing Ive ever seen.
Back to the weather: tomorrow is also sunny and around 45 degrees.

I gotta ask, did you guys lose quite a bit of your snow with all your rain? Is this ground still pretty well covered with the white stuff? We barely lost any snow with the warm temps and rain...

Josh, most of the snow is gone, only the big piles remain. Our yard is all grass right now, with only a patch of snow near the fence where the sun doesnt hit it.
Another beautiful cloudless day today, but quite windy!

And you say I devote too much time to C-D (Im on vacation BTW), yet there you sit. Now I know PHX is a drab, dumpy place and all, but there just has to be something else for you to do. Get laid, perhaps? Or does the old lady still have 2 lbs of sand up her coochie from the last dust storm you guys had? You might as well just go grab a tube of sandpaper and please yourself if you want the whole authentic experience.
And to be really honest, what surprises me most, seeing that AZ's schools are rated worst in the nation, is that this you actually know how to use a computer to reply to us. Looks like the whole "no child left behind" act is really working, everyone! Give AZ a hand! WOOT

Actually, you are the one who is usually nasty (see above). I thought my penguin comment was pretty funny. Your comment is tasteless, crude and rude. You're displaying your 8th grade educational level quite well.
You can't play with me on an even level because all you have to go on is assumptions. Your assumptions are waaaay off. In order to make things stick, you have to work with facts and pay attention to details. I hate to disappoint you, but none of it sticks since it doesn't apply.
You keep looking up the weather for the wrong place, I don't live in Phoenix.
So, which is it Steve-o? Do I have the same old weather day in or day out or am I actually getting some weather? Make up your mind.
So, is it springtime in December in Chicago already? Now that is some crazy weather Freeze one day and flood the next. You got a winner!
Apparently, the only thing you know how to use is a computer, since you're always on it:
Steve-o's Stats :
19.16 post per day, 14,844 posts in 2 years = No Life + 1 worthless job!
Avg. 10 hours per day spent on city-data forums = 41.6% of Steve-o's life
Assuming you get 8 hours of sleep per night = 33.3% of Steve-o's life
Add those values together = 74.9%
100%-74.9%= 25.1% left to do EVERYTHING else!
You coudn't even hang up your mouse on Christmas day, now that is SAD!
My Stats:
0.45 posts per day, 212 post in 15 months = Draw your own conclusions.
The crux of your problem is that if anyone disagrees with you they must be intellectually inferior to you, when the actual reality is quite the opposite. Were you born with this particular handicap? Or, did you acquire it over the years? Or, does the lousy Chicago weather exacerbate your condition? Or, does the cold air shrink your brain to the size of a pea?
Steve-o's contribution to society: Zillions of postings whining about the weather. When he tires of his own weather, he whines about other peoples weather, and on, and on, and on.....
Heck of a role model for your boy, aren't you?
Steve-o's New Year resolution: 30 postings per day!
After all, what else is one to do while dealing with all this wonderful Chicago weather.
Now that is how you make it stick! Did you take notes?
Enjoy!
HAPPY NEW YEAR

lol
Talk about making assumptions, hypocrite! First off, the reason its says 10 hours a day is spent on C-D is because its minimized all day long so I can pull it up whenever I have a free minute. Do the math (do they teach math in AZ's schools?)... 19 posts per day in 10 hours. Tell me how much time I spend on here again? Nice assumption, genius. And dont make any comments about my son or the role I play on his life. Pull that crap again and the next time Im in Arizona we can meet up and you can tell me that to my face. And the only reason I spent a few minutes on here in Christmas day is because my wife was getting ready and I had a few minutes to fart around before we left to visit family. Geez, I cant believe Im even explaining this to you, but Id rather you not ASSUME things about me, hypocrite.

In order for me to be a true hypocrite, as you repeatedly stated above, my stats would have to be close to yours, oh King of CD! Look it up....there is an online dictionary you know. By the way,I never went to school in AZ, and yes I can do math waaaay better than you. Obviously, it doesn't take 10 hours to post 19 of your "in-depth" one sentence insults, the rest of the time is spent on reading and deciding who to/how to respond.
You are thinking about CD no matter what you are doing, right? You must have MANY free minutes!
The next time you're in AZ what are you going to do? Threaten a woman! What a big man! Looser!
Like I said before, heck of a role model for your boy!
If you want to threaten me, you'll have to get off your flabby behind and lift other things besides a mouse.
Only cowards threaten women!
I can play you like a fiddle boy! I see that you are back on the AZ forums, that is exactly what I wanted you to do. You are way too easy. Good job! Most Zonie's may not appreciate what you do for them, but I do, the more people you can discourage from moving to AZ the better it is for me! Now get to work, no slacking!
Thank you for recognizing my genius! But compared to you, most people are!
Back on topic: Your weather is still undesirable. We've been in the 70's. No wonder why I see so many plates from Illinois on our roads. Your roads must be empty!
