VERY cold this morning, but once again, cloudless. And besides, its not windy here like they said it was going to be, so it feels cold, but not frigid.

Well the windchill is around 7 right now (2pm) on the Northside of Chicago near the lake. I would not classify that as not being frigid.  |

To someone from Miami, its "frigid". But compared to the -45 below windchill we had a week ago, 7 degrees is a walk in the park. |
