It has been absolutely beautiful here for three days now.....64 with a bit of overcast right now.

Yesterday the sky looked like and the air felt like fall.

Heck yeah! Been beautiful, IMO. I think cool temps like these are ideal.

Its still perfect out. About 70 degrees, sun is shining (warmin up my neck as I type this outside), crisp and dry feeling. I just find this weather extremely appealing. The wife doesnt like it because its a bit too cool to go to the pool, but Im enjoying the fact that I havent had to put the A/C on for more than 5 days all summer. CHEERS!

Awesome...glad to hear it is beautiful your way too.

Looks like it may warm up just a bit more today, but still WAY below normal.

The craziest thing is happening here tho' and I don't get it....my tomato plants have literally SHOT up during this cool weather...I mean 8"-12" in 3 days type of shooting up

I'm not complaining, but I've never seen anything like it,you can almost "hear" them growing.

I am absolutely jealous. It was just as nice when I spent two weeks up there two weeks ago. Much better than the heat and humidity and constant rain down here in FL recently. It would rain, then it would heat up, then rain again, then heat up, almost 2-4 times a day this cycle would go on. And people in FL are actually saying how nice it is down here, yet, they stay in the AC more than 80 percent of the time. Can't wait til I move back up there permanently!

Beautiful day up here today. Mid to low 70's, cumulus clouds were abundant, gentle breeze. Perfect summer right here in the Midwest.

We have had the best summer weather in the entire country for quite some time now. Cool, dry days and crisp, cool nights. Today reached a whopping 77 degrees, dry and partly sunny. Nice sunset tonight, too, for those who missed it. I see the temps and humidity are to go up for the next 3-4 days though, with highs in the low 80s. By the late weekend its back in the mid 70s with drier air.

I think you may be right. Most people think I am nuts because I love the heat and when I ask what temp they like the answer is 75-80 daytime highs and cool nights.

It's pretty wonderful weather at 70 degrees at 8 am but with rain in the forecast for later today. We are ready to build an arc in the central part of the state....we've had enough rain for a while.
