I was laid-off at work. Claimed was approved. I created my own account at joblink.com. It was my honest mistake i did not use the username and password that was sent to my email because i already created one. I keep using what i created. Recieved a letter that i failed to register to proof that i am searching for work. I contacted customer service to switch the account that was emailed to me to the account i am currently using. Customer service or helpdesk stated he switched it. I received a letter for determination i should submit a work search record that i was actively looking for work. For specific dates like 8/17-9/29 which i provided all the record they need. Unfortunately they did not accept it. What should i do?
