Typical 5,000-10,000 pop. southern IL town. Probably has the most horrendous traffic jams on the main thoroughfare as any town its size. A county courthouse, a federal courthouse, and the high school being the primary culprits.

Yes. I was there a couple of weeks ago during lunch time and the road that goes around the court house is a mess. I veered off and took a side road.
