Interesting that #20 "4 inches of snow isn't a blizzard, its a flurry."
Uhh...Okay, are we talking about a different southern Illinois? 2 inches is a BIG snowstorm in southern Illinois. The schools and banks shut down, the salt trucks are out 2 days solid, and everyone is driving 3 miles an hour or not getting out of the house. |
