We are 3/4 agreed with the idea of moving there but the "doctoring" thing plus not knowing anyone worries me deep into the night.

I.E. - "doctoring" - immediate need of our city specialists.

Nearby Dubuque has some good doctors.

As far as making friends in the territories, I don't think it will be much of a problem. People in general are friendly.
