Trying to find a a rental in/near Mt. Vernon
My family and I are looking to relocate to the Mt. Vernon area for my husband to be near my sister-in-laws. One is parapalegic and the other Schizophrenic. The problem is that we are a family of 5 (2 adults/3 children) with 6 pets (5 cats, 1 dog) but the pets are completely housebroken.
We currently own our home with a very large mortgage payment which has never been paid late and I have a great secure job (which I will be doing a transfer with) so income is not a problem. The cost of mortgages in this area are 1/4 of what we pay now but if we cannot sell it, we will have to bankrupt it so the chances on buying are slim. New2, check out thesouthern.com. I hate to tell you this, but I've had trouble finding a rental in the city that would even allow for 2 dogs...let alone 6 animals...Good luck to you.
