Penthouse is $40M -- you'd really need to be a MULTI-MULTI millionaire to even consider that...

Studios go for $750K, you could afford that on the 'income' of a mere "professional escort"...

I do think the building will be a hugely attractive and distinctive addition to Chicago's skyline, not sure what kind of "neighbors" one would have.
