Best bet is to live in Shiloh or O'Fallon. Although they're trying, Belleville is losing it's fight against crime.

Hi,
I was stationed at Scott in 1971. Loved the base housing area.
Why not check into living on base. I find that anywhere you go there is something to love/dislike etc.

Why would you suggest that "Belleville is generally fine?" You don't and never have lived here, and some parts of Belleville are not fine.
