Considering I lived there for three years, I CAN tell you it is very dry. As for Northern Kentucky being behind everything else, the entire area is directly by Cincinnati and Covington, two larger cities. Northern Kentucky is entirely a suburban unit, exactly like the suburbs in Chicago. People move there for jobs of course, but most of the jobs exist in the cities. The entire state is flowing with beautiful rolling meadows, and it is extremely green. Everywhere you go, you are surrounded by hills that are all above and around you. There are all four seasons, with distinct differences between the four. They flow into each other. Winters are not too cold, and they get decent snowfall but not a whole lot. Summers are hot, get around the 90's, but it is always dry. You don't know what the hell your talking about, nor have you ever been to NK. Also, comparing the weather of the two states is futile, NK weather is obviously better. Illinois seasons are undistinct and crappy. Hot and cold. That is about it. I've (unfortunetely) lived here in Illinois for the last seven years of my life. I've been miserable for seven years. There is nothing to look at. You have to drive a bit to enjoy nature. The weather is always crappy. Even in May we've experienced some mildly cold mornings and even days. Anyone trying to make the argument that the weather here is beautiful or even better than other areas of the country is severely dilluded. Yet, I notice most people born and raised in this dump are severely defensive of this dump. I don't understand it. If I grew up in an over populated dump my entire life and couldn't enjoy the outdoors, I'd want to move. But I guess that is what happens when you grow up near the wilderness. You obtain an appreciation for it.

Im done arguing with you, this is nonsense. Be proud of the fact that youre probably the ONLY person on earth who thinks KY is "dry".
