First off, IL is FAR more diverse and FAR more accepting of change than IA or WI. Also regarding change, IL is LIGHT YEARS ahead of little Lake Have-A-Poo. IMO, you should move to places like Lake Havasu or WI or IA if you DONT like change.

Don't move to Berwyn cuz you will be disapointed.

We are trying to sell our house so we can move west but have have to remove our downstairs appliances and sink cuz of stupid villiage inspections laws.

Hell the inspecter actuallly told us why they have goofy laws in Berwyn is because they don't want 16 mexicans to one house, but isn't that already happening?

I don't want to live around a bunch of have nots either, but we are stuck with them so deal with it as they tell me.

Well, check this out, I know of a guy who lives in a tent in the woods. He wears fatigues, paints his face black and sniffs glue. He gets really high, and you can hear him screaming into the night. War cries is what the people in that neighborhood call them. Other nights he may be stealthy crawling 'round in those woods with his knife. He has been known to stand outside bedroom windows. Yeah, there is a crazy sob out there. Be careful where you end up.

Its crazy nowdays, no matter where you end up.
I was visiting my Mom one time, and at 3 AM someone was pounding frantically at the front door. I thought it was my sister who lived across the st. so I answer it. It was this guy dressed in camo, his eyes as big around as saucers, saying something about he needed to use the phone, that someone was shot in the leg with an arrow! I thought he was whacked so I told him,"Hang on a min." I closed the door and was going to lock it, but then my husband walks up, so I tell him to "get rid of him!"
He`s an easy going soul, and next thing I knew, he was getting the phone for him to use! He called the cops, but I have heard that there was this crazy guy who lived in the woods around there.
Come to find out...it was him!
He is the one who shot someone with an arrow because they were on his property.
Moral of this story? No matter where you move, there are going to be weirdo`s...black, white, mexican, etc.
