Illinois ranked 51st place for services for people with disabilities.
Illinois' long journey to the bottom has officially come. A new ranking has ranked Illinois 51st place for services for people with disabilities. (out of 50 states plus the District of Colombia.) Families with disabled children will really need to think twice before moving to or living in Illinois, as disabled people in Illinois, even when the wait is over, get nothing but arguments, isolation, disruption of Medicaid, and many numerous nightmares. Also, a program that helps mentally ill people has also graded Illinois an "F" for services for mentally ill/troubled people.

I have a feeling he is the same "every girl in DuPage is rude, and they call the cops on you for riding a bicycle" guy.

This thread keeps getting weirder and weirder. Where's a mod to shut it down when you need one?

I just re-read that post and in addition to being fully of crazy, I noticed that he claims to have used 'nail polish' to clean a room. Well, if you are using nail polish as a cleanser, you're going to have some problems there bud.
Oh, and yes, I've reported the post.

The OP was referring to this article;
Illinois neglects special-needs citizens -- Environmental Issues, Chicago, Rod Blagojevich -- chicagotribune.com
Gov Blowdry and his cronies strike again. Where are the lawyers when people are really being taken advantage of. This kind of neglect should be criminal.
