I have a buddy that lives in Addison. Yes, it's in Dupage County, but no, I don't consider it to be upscale like ... most other places in Dupage.

All of cities have crappy ordinances. Urbana bans economic growth. Oh, they don't? ... how can you tell?

I think there's a major difference between crappy ordinances that are irritating (like ridiculous street parking guidelines or similar) and ordinances that can kill people.

I hope this law is overturned. It is idiotic ... period, but then again, I'd rather eat glass than live in place with a HOA.
