we are moving this week to milan, il which is a small town near the quad cities, why does the water taste funny, too much iron, is it safe to drink large amounts?

No death announcements in the paper yet. Drink up!
Call the Public Works Dept. for Milan, and they can tell you why the water isn't right. I did that in a previous city, and they explained it to me.
