Default Locating Property Owners
I am wondering if it is possible to get a location on Google Earth and then track down whoever owns that parcel of ground. Who would have that information and is there any way that I could get a hold of it?

Try the property assessor's / tax records website. You can usually look up owner information if you have either the address or the PIN number. Some websites have a map where you can just click the parcel of land you're looking at--you don't even need to know the address or anything. You should be able to find this through the County's website.

Each County's web site , assessment records and County Recorders records are different. Which County is it that you are looking for ownership?
