Watseka citizens against high tax (taxes, money, mayor)

Why is that Watseka mayor and city council members spend money like its water. All they do is find ways of spending money instead of finding ways of saving money and reducing our taxes. I am paying 3% in taxes on my home. Why is it so high? We need to vote for people who can lower our taxes not raise them. It will never end. It will keep going up tell we all are paying 10%, 15% or more in taxes. We all need to fix this now.
