In and around Alton!
Here is 'another' Alton question...since I've received 'just a little' encouragement on moving to Alton, maybe someone can answer these questions...why is the crime rate in Godfrey so low, when it's so close to Alton? Also, does anyone know anything about the 'Surrey Court' Apartments on Surrey Ct. in Godfrey, or the 'River Reach Town Home' apartments out off Fosterberg Rd.? Are either of these HUD or Section 8 housing?? Are they quiet, well kept, drugs or other illegal activities going on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much!
