Blago calls special secission on ethics reform
Anyone else see this? Blago wants to call a special session on ethics reform, next Monday. This from the man who flew from Chicago to Springfield on a daily basis on the taxpayers dime, is in the pockets of lobbyist, and hires all his cronies for top lever bureaucrat jobs. I hope he dosen't testify, that could take up a whole day.

Obama made Emil Jones call the session and Blago had to agree. They both (as well as others) hope to be "taken care of" if Obama wins the election. There is no other reason for this to happen.

The ideal "special session on ethics reform" would be an impeachment hearing.

Yep.
I wish Obama would have called Emil Jones when the recall amendment was up for vote.
If he would have done that he would have gained much respect from me. But alas;this did not happen.
This is purely a political move to help Obama in his campaign: nothing more; nothing less.
I wish he actually made a call to help the state of Illinois in a more real way...

Chicago Trib had article & Blago wants to change current bill so legislators have tighter rules and he has looser rules. This guy is unbelievable. Illinois, home of the taxed & land of the corrupt.
