Joliet - Re-Zoning Sable Ridge
Hi! Living in the Sable Ridge sub division and got a letter yesterday that Joliet is trying to re-zone the sub division. This is the first I have heard about it. I was wondering what others in the area have heard as I do have children in the Minooka schools and bought here for that specific reason. I refuse to send my children to the Joliet public schools.......seems alot of houses would be for sale in this sub division!! Anyone know what Joliet is trying to do --- rezone Sable Ridge into Plainfield/Joliet/Shorewood/Minooka......this will also effect the taxes we pay on our homes in this sub division!
