HI
i don't know if my driver license will be suspended?

I am 20 and I got 3 tickets for speeding in 1 year. I paid and I took traffic safety school twice. Today I was in Court because of my last ticket and the judge said that i need to pay 155$ for ticket and that I got supervision.
What does it mean supervision?
And I don' t know if they gonna suspend my DL?

Please help

He probably meant that you are on court supervision, meaning if you screw up again during the time you are on court sup., your license could be revoked. I would say you're pretty lucky considering you're 20 years old with three tickets. You could have, and maybe should have, received a lot worse.

thanks for help
You are right. I am lucky as hell because in one year I would get 6 tickets but I did not get 2 because officer did not show up and today judge said that he will give me ticket only for speeding just because I plead guilty on it. He invalid my other ticket for disobeying traffic control

thanks one more time.
im not gonna speeding anymore

I would check to be sure that it is indeed only court supervision. I speak from experience because my only speeding ticket was at age 16, and I went to court rather then just paying it. It cost more for me, initially, but the deal was I would have 6 months of court supervision and if I had any driving violations (other than seat belt) during that time, I would lose my license until I turned 18. In the long run, it worked out better because the ticket did not affect my insurance costs and after I was clear, it was wiped off of my record.

Good luck!

I just speak with officer on the street and she told me that I can not get more tickets till I turned 21. So 17 months One ticket and I can forget about my driver license for six months.
Do you know how can I check my record?

I could be wrong, and hopefully someone will correct me if I am, but you should be able to go to your county courthouse and find out about your record. I'm not sure what office you would need to speak with. If you call the courthouse and explain your situation, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

What's more likely is that "supervision" means the ticket won't appear on his driving abstract unless he gets another within the probationary period, after which both appear on his driving abstract meaning points are assessed and insurance company finds out about them and insurance rates go zoom.
