Question Is Illinois too dominated by Chicago?

Do you feel that the state of Illinois is too dominated by Chicagoland? Does this affect the rest of the state? Is Illinois, outside of the Chicago area, neglected because of this?

I usually do not agree with anything AF says,but I'm 100% in agreement this time.This is an explosive isssue on both sides of the fence and no good will come from this thread.It's better if we all just try to get along and gang up on Kentucky and Wisconsin.
