"Years ago" is plural. Five is more than one, and therefore... well, you know, plural. So I don't know who these "most" people are that you're referring to, but they should consider remedial education.

I believe that Rockford could be more prosperous than what it is now. First, they need some major reforms in the police department, it's corrupt if you ask me. They need to reform the public school system. And fix the roads, which have pot holes all over the place.
Next, they need to concentrate on the downtown area and bring it alive. It seems to be so depressing everytime I drive down there, not really much to look at. And they need to get the pan-handlers of the streets there as well. |
