According to Business Week the Illinois cities most likely to be hit hardest are Lake Forrest, plus the twin cities of Bloomington and Normal. Bloomington, with a population of just over 70,000, is ranked number two among smaller towns. Nearly 50% of the workforce in B-N is engaged in insurance or real estate..

Missing from the top 50 roundup are Chicago, Springfield, Champaign and Peoria.
