Default buying in freeport?
Looking at a home and some property on 18th ave in freeport. I have a 12 year old and a 10 year old. Is this a decent neighborhood and the surrounding area. I am hoping this to be our last move. Any input will be greatly appreciated

it is a pretty good town and is more diverse than most of western illinois.

djbridgeland is on a distinguished road
I grew up in Freeport, and that area I believe is referred to as the Arcade. Its a decent area, just be aware that some of the not so great areas of town are a couple blocks away.
