You do not hoof it when you are on oxygen or pushing a wheelchair up and down curbs, and you can't just go around a block when the streets are blocked off for repairs and a sewer break. I got both of those in four blocked streets with NO left turns. It was 8 blocks to return where I started and there was no way to get near the DAR builiding - which I later found out is never open. It was a wasted 100 mile trip for me - but it was a beautiful day for a drive. .
