I am originally from Quincy, IL. It is a small town (40,000) and it doesn't have a TON of tourism in the traditional sense, but you can probably find a job pretty easily and also, a lot of the hotels do a lot of buisness with receptions. It has a great public school system. I don't check this forum a lot, so send me a PM if you want more info.
