Default 50 y.o. couple looking for house in rural community to rent

We are 50-ish, and we have a small dog who is housebroken and doesn't shed. She doesn't damage anything. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to rent for $300.00-$400.00. We would LIKE a full basement, but not necessity. We have lived in this house for 10 years and would like to stay in the next house for a long time also.We could do a contract for deed also.We would also need washer/dryer hook-ups, and be able to plant a bunch of flowers! If you can help or know of somebody who can, please call 618-488-6767 or 618-250-7680 or 618-550-3927 We'd like to move within the next 3-4 months

I do not know here you live. You should be able to find something in that price range in Central Illinois in Mason, Fulton, Logan, Stark, Marshall, and perhaps Woodford Counties. You also might look in Princeton, IL as their COL seems to be one of the lowest in the state. .It is a nice community located off I-80 not terribly far from Chicago.

I am looking for something closer to the Edwardsville area. That is 20 miles North of St. Louis, MO .Thank you for trying though!Have a great week and try to stay cool! It's gonna be a hot one here, for the next week!

Hamel, Wood River, Bellville and Collinsville might be too far away. The only town I lived in was Belleville. I liked it. I stayed in Hamel one night. It seemed like a nice town.

Sorry, I do not live near Hamel. These links might help.
