I even like carp and buffalo fish....in fact I like buffalo fish better than I do catfish. LOL It has a good taste and so what if others don't like it....my taste is the one which is important. LOL
I eat a lot of turkey and chicken because I'm not supposed to eat beef. I've tried buffalo meat and don't like it much. I do eat some deer and ostrich because of the lean qualities. Fish, fish and more fish grilled, blackened, browned in Pam, baked....most any way. Fresh garden Veggies and fruit make up a lot of our diet. I love pork and eat some, but not the fatty cuts. I like shrimp, clams, salmon, tuna, oysters, tilapia, mahi mahi, sardines, and even squid....but I can't eat crab and lobster because of an allergy.
I imagine the types of fish eaten will vary according to different areas of the state.
I like wild game such as rabbit, turtle, pheasant, quail....but not raccoon, possum, duck or goose.
I like to cook recipes from Southern Living magazine, and adjust the meat to fit us. And it's because I like southern cooking....no motive here!

What kind of pizza? It sounds like a silly question, but I have seen some really strange things on pizza in different parts of the country from cold pizza with fruit, to grilled shrimp, to taco pizza with lettuce. Personally I am partial to thin crust supreme.
