Reckless driving is already a crime. I don't think we need additional laws when the ones we already have do just fine. What's next? No driving while eating or drinking--you need both hands? Fines for driving with one hand or while talking to people in the back seat?

I dislike drivers who text as much as anybody, but if someone is weaving all over the place or doing hazardous things, he or she can already get a ticket. We didn't need a new law for that.

I'm WAY more for THIS law than that dumb assed Scott's Law that is not only poorly written,but very dangerous on top of that and used as a ticket scam by the ISP.
