Reckless driving is already a crime. I don't think we need additional laws when the ones we already have do just fine. What's next? No driving while eating or drinking--you need both hands? Fines for driving with one hand or while talking to people in the back seat?

I'm WAY more for THIS law than that dumb assed Scott's Law that is not only poorly written,but very dangerous on top of that and used as a ticket scam by the ISP
