Unemployment 3rd extension Am I eligible? (office, money, requirements)

Hi all thanks for looking.

I need some help trying to figure out if I am eligible for the 3rd extension. (I believe that is what I would be going on) I was laid off in September. I ran out original benefits, then the short extension, then the larger extension just last week. It has been about 1 year with the original benefits plus the 2 extensions.

I got the other 2 extensions without no problem.
How will I know if I am eligible for the 3rd extension?

My last payment I received was on 9-25 and that was a one week payment because the extension ran out.
I got a letter for me to call this last Wednesday (but it had no conformation # on the paper like you usually get)
I did not get a payment today. (Which Friday after I call is the day I get the money) But today I got another letter telling me to call on 10-14 and it did have a conformation #.

But the letters are unclear It says that I maybe ineligible for some reason like I did not make 400+ dollars between these 2 certain dates (Which was because I was not working and on unemployment)



Is there any hidden requirements that I need to know about?

Go to the nearest unemployment office for clarification of the letter.
