Is there any art in St. Elmo,IL (lease, purchasing)

There is a building I am purchasing in St. Elmo, IL. I know it is a small town, but I would like to lease it to an artistic person to showcase their artwork and you could live upstairs if you like. It is perfect for a gallery/workspace.

If not an individual can someone please send me info on any art or children's programs that would be able to utilize this space. I would think maybe the school district. Thank you for your help.

My name is Joshua Ellis. A have been an artist for about a decade. I have been a proffessional tattoo artist for about 5 years. Before making assumptions pleare view my myspace at www.myspace.com/fieldsofvisiontattoos I and a friend are planning to open a very community freindly tattoo shop/art studio in St Elmo. I am currently cooperating with several people including the owners of a excellent coffee shop, various artists, musicians, churches, art gallery owners and humanitarians who are interested in taking part in a multi-fasceted resource and home-base for multiple artistic, community and humanitarian projects...My plans are fairly elaborate if I can find an appropriate space. For now the criteria for the bulding is fairly loose. I would love to see your building.
