I moved to Alton about two years ago. Don't live here. Seriously. There are no jobs, no nice jobs, and the city seems like it's going down a slippery slope.

I know people from Highland and if you aren't orginally from there , those people will not give you the time of day ....Snotty , act like they're better
than you , which they aren't ....."treat people , the way you want to be
treated ".
