Newark IL Old Car Junk Yard (Ottawa: transport, cars, trees)

Does anyone know what is up with the old cars (about 400 of them) (like from the 50's) in Newark?

I know they always advertise in the car trader papers. That is the place name that is listed in the ads, so I am assuming it is the same place. Other than that, I don't know anything.

Thanks for the info -- that place is like a walk in the past. There are trees growing up through these old cars from the 50s, it's spooky!

I was wondering what vehicles are in this junkyard. I have stopped by before and they wouldn't let anyone in. I have talked to them and they are hauling out cars and just scraping them. I think it would be better if they could put these cars to a good use and restore them instead of just scraping them. If anyone has any information i would appreciate it. Thank you
