Yes, of course, how can we forget NCSA. I happen to know a lot of people working at NCSA ... I sort of work in the same areas of interest as some of the projects at NCSA

There's a bus that runs every 3 hours during extended business hours. LEX Home, Reservations, Champaign, Chicago, O'Hare Airport, University of Illinois, Bloomington

Thats a nice service. We will be leaving soon ... and the best air fare is to Bloomington, not Champaign. So I was wondering if there will be a service to go to Champaign.

$600 will be pushing it on Rental. That is on the low side in the Champaign Market.

Well, I just moved from CU to Austin myself, but i can tell you anywhere would be better than California right now!

CU is a nice place, decent people. We were pretty happy there. I lived in the Midwest most of my life and I did get tired of the cold winters, especially toward Chicago, but very affordable and no traffic. Your salary will definitely be comparable in CU for standard of living. Unfortunately, $125k gets you squat in most nicer areas of CA.
