We are about to transfer to South Bend for a new job. We have been told by many to stay FAR away from the SB school system.
What I am looking for now is a Rental house in Granger/Mishawaka area. We do not want to buy a house with just moving and feeling like we will have to settle. It's easier to settle on a rental then on a place you are going to call your own.
Plus, it's hard to find just the right house to begin with muchless tring to find on in a state you don't know. If you know of any that have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, basement, 2500 sq ft., for $1600.00 amonth, please let me know or even if you happen to know of large apartment/townhouse of this size.
Thanks so much,
