My family of 5 is looking to rent a farmhouse in the country in Elkhart County preferrably. Does anyone know of any landlords who have homes as such for rent? We prefer a farmhouse where we can have our dogs.

Are you guys moving from another state or area? Elkhart County has a lot of available homes on the market right now, even farm homes. There is a lot of these type of houses because there is a major Amish population here. As far as areas, look around the Nappanee/Wakarusa area in southern Elkhart County and the eastern portion of the county in areas such as New Paris, Middlebury, and Millersburg. Are you going to commute into Goshen or Elkhart for work?
