Logansport is also a very nice town and is only about a 20 minute drive to Grissom. I live in Logansport and moved here from the Detroit area 26+ years ago and really enjoy living in this community. You should check it out also !!! Schwerring Realtors could help you out in our town.

Peru is still much closer than Logansport or Kokomo but if you need some thing that Peru doesn't offer one of those places is near enough and most apt to have it. Peru does have some apartment complexes. Peru is more small town living than either Kokomo or Logansport. That said those place do have things Peru doesn't. Like more places to shop but they are not that far away if you need to go. Peru has Kroger, Marsh, Aldi, Save A Lot, Kmart, 2 Dollar Generals, Alco, Radio Shack, Ace Hardware and some other shops. Plenty of Pizza and fast food places.

LA1492, thanks for heads up on rental properties. I'm living in Kokomo now, been here since last Nov. Figure move to Peru to save on gas and be closer to work when my lease is up.
