does anyone know whose white and tippecanoe county main electric provider? and is the wind energy farms increasing in that area? thank you

Depends on where you are - Duke Electric covers a good area, but so do the electric co-ops...where, specifically, were you thinking?

Yes the Wind Farms are growing in his area. A good frend of mine is one of the supervisors for Vestas and he has seen a lot of growth in the pst several years.

I have heard from Tipmont (tippecanoe/montgomery county) REMC that the wind farm power is mostly sold to states out east as our power (which is from coal) is cheaper than wind--however the wind power from us is cheaper than what they get out east.
