Well, it is that time of year again...

At my place of work we have many people that are suffering from seasonal allergies, sinus problems, etc. The air quality doesn't seem that good either, and it's only March.

I'm hoping the pattern shifts and we get some cold weather or a frost to clear this stuff out of here...

Yeah, it gets bad down in the valley this time of year. Allegra is going over-the-counter though. That should be a good option to help folks with their allergies.

I can't stand the heat and humidity of the summers in Indiana. However, I have made it a point to try and get out more and see more of the state that I have only read about. Will use the next month or so for hiking if possible, and likely no more hiking till the weather breaks after the summer.
