Are you referring to the Rockies Express Line Eastern Section? If so, here is a pretty good site with a detailed map of the Indiana counties. Rockies Express Pipeline
Aus (who is currently on the Western section of the REX)

The Reluctant Pipeliner
I am currently working on the REX project that will bring natural gas to millions of families. With rain-outs and people on the project getting sick from the change of weather and so forth, the project that was once anticipated to end in the state of Indiana November 15th has now been forwarded to either December or in January. Some even guess as far as March. In either case, the patience of our welder-formanand the rest of the men and women who labor in all kinds of weather and awful terrain conditions keep moving forward.
Just as a side note, the reason why I had called myself the Reluctant Pipeliner was simply because I was once retired and was convinced by my sister who is a welder on this project to work with her. If you have any questions about me or this project, I will be happy to write back to you. Thanks.

I know the work on US 36 in the Putnam county area including the 'pumping station' {as it was ID'd by the local paper} in Bainbridge has been worked quite extensively lately.
