I have been living in Danville, IN for over 10 years. I first fell in love with the little, quaint town, but in the past 3 years I've been noticing a lot of corruptness within the Danville Police Department.
From MANY friends of Danville, I've learned that the Assistant Police Chief was involved in a serious case involving, "allegedly", stalking out his wife to find her at her "lover's" home, breaking down the door, beating the lover & wife, then going straight to the Police Chief's home before a police report & investigation ever took place.

In the end, after being widely covered by Indianapolis media, it somehow, turned out that his wife & her lover dropped the charges due to threats, the asst. Chief denied all that he was accused of (which if you read & kept up-to-date on the stories facts was fishy & all over the place), and only was demoted by removing him from his position as Asst. Police Chief.
Another case happened to one of my friends and their family. A gang of boys, being led by this Asst. Police Chief's step-son was going around breaking into vehicles, stealing & vandalizing properties, breaking into garages, sheds, and even homes. Their youngest son even told them that this step-son tried to sell to him, on numerous occasions, crystal rocks...DURING SCHOOL.

Their son actually over-heard this step-son bragging that he got the drugs from his step-dad.

Now, how he got it from his step-dad is still unsure, but, either way, it was obviously openly available for the step-son to have access to it.

After this family had witnessed this step-son & his gang vandalizing their property & was attempting to break into their truck, they called the Danville Police Dept. out immediately. When they gave the names of those who were involved the policemen told them that it wasn't possible, because the one was the Asst. Police Chief's step-son, whom this Asst. Police Chief is highly decorated and well-liked within the community, and his step-son would NEVER be involved in this type of case

. Now, remember, this exact Asst. Police Chief was the same one who was involved in that domestic dispute incidence.

Also, I spoke to many families in that area of crimes taking place that gave the SAME description as the step-son. Hmmm, imagine that!

Other stories related to the Police Chief, himself, involve having his son, who is a police officer for Danville Police Dept. doing a lot of corrupt business, himself, such as his ex-wife, pleeing on her MySpace site, for help from him stalking & continuously harassing her & their baby. She stated on her MySpace page that she felt as though she was the perpetrator more than the victim since he, and all of his "police buddies", were repetitively defending him, and threatening her.

Also, this so-called police officer (the son to the Police Chief) was writing false police reports & allegations toward other citizens just to save his reputation from reportedly behaving in a "corrupt & questionable" manner on his arrests...and, of course, has never been followed up on such reports to this day.

One such attack was (he was trained in kick-boxing)

claiming a man coming at him he was forced to "take him down" twice, because the man had resisted arrest and the policeman also stated that he "went for his gun".

In reality this man had SEVERE back problems with several herniated discs, and compression fractures to his back. The man WAS NOT coming at the police officer...the police officer came running at him, kick-boxed him in his back straight to the pavement

, shoved his knees into the poor man's back shouting "Stop Resisting..Stop Resisting" when the man was NOT resisting but crying

out in pain..."Please, my back, I have a bad back, you're hurting me."

The man WAS NEVER able to get back up, not even to 'try and resist, as well as go for the cops gun'.

After the cop handcuffed him it took 2 more police officers to help stand him up.

Once standing the man could barely stand, let alone, walk.
What was this poor man's police record like?

He NEVER, EVER had one...

and at the time he was 45 years old, a USAF veteran, with a son in the hospital suffering from a collapsed lung.

He was on his way to the hospital, a.s.a.p. due to the hospital calling in Lifeline Emergency Helicopter to transport him to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

How do I know about THIS case so well? His wife is my closest friend.

Needless to say, they arrested him, that police officer falsified his report, jailed him, then they had to pay thousands of dollars for an attorney just to try & get him out of being accused of resisting & attack on a police officer.

All the attorney said he could do was have his wife (who witnessed the entire event) write her own deposition. Once the attorney received the cops deposition it was sooo exaggerated, twisted around, and completely falsified, that the only thing the attorney could do to help this poor man was to make him plea guilty and receive an order to pay fines, 40 hours of community service, and one year of probation.

If he were to plea "not guilty" it would cost them over $10,000 in court costs, fines & fees, go on trial to defend that the report was falsified, only to STILL get a judgment of being guilty, because, as their attorney had told them "He wears a badge & uniform, and those kinds of people always are more believable than the persecuted, therefore the jurors would more than likely find the cop's testimony trustworthy & believable even if there was testifiable evidence to prove otherwise."

In other words...the legal system in Hendricks County IS CORRUPT.

To make matters worse, due to all of the fines, court costs, etc., they had to file bankruptcy on all that they owned, lost everything, and are forced having to live with family members.

That's sooo pathetic...way-to-go

...SHAME ON YOU HENDRICKS COUNTY!
This is just a couple of the hundreds of people that I've spoken to, that came forward (most were fearful & demanded to remain anonymous

) who were misrepresented, lied to, mislead, and persecuted under false pretenses by not only the Danville Police Dept., but also the Hendricks County Sheriff's Dept.

I, also, found out that Hendricks County Courts have some of the highest fees, fines, court costs, and jurisdictions in the State of Indiana.

Is this why so many people are being wrongly justified?

Wrongly misrepresented?

I don't know...you be the judge!

Just know that if you live in, or are going through Hendricks County, Indiana, you better be careful. You might be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Besides the law being corrupt in Hendricks County, IN, let's talk about the Danville Community School system. They have the highest grading system in Indiana! In other words...if you're child steadily makes a "B" average, in their grading system your child would be a "C".

The school system, also, has the same corrupt "dirty business" going on in their schools, but is hidden and forgotten just as quick. Things that go on in-between teachers, such as sexual harassment, stalking, verbal & physical abuse towards themselves, children & teens, etc.

It's not hard to find out if you look into their police records...that's if they didn't try to cover it up, or hide it, before anything was ever reported to the police department.

Most of the time the teachers were either "asked to resign"

or face prosecutions, or were "suddenly" transferred to another school inside of Hendricks County.

If I could afford to sell my home and move out of Hendricks County...I'd do it in an instant!

If I knew this much "funny business" was going on in Hendricks County, then I'd never would've left Putnam County.

I know that there is always corruption and dirty "goings ons" in every county, but I've NEVER known any county that is as bad as Hendricks...and, being a life-long resident of Indiana, in my lifetime, I've lived in over 21 different counties throughout all of Indiana. Hendricks is the worst!

What's your opinions???
