I don't have a specialty right now, because I have no formal job experience to supplement my education. I'd like to specialize in networking, but I'm keeping my options open. I will gladly do desktop support and any junior technician grunt work, because I don't have much aptitude for coding or software development. 95% of job interviews that I've had were in software development, which is precisely the one area of IT in which I suck. That figures.

DM me, I'll send you the job listings, you can do with them what you want as you see fit.

are you within 25 miles of the loop? heck Hammond Indiana is even closer and it touches the south side of Chicago.
Many of us realize this. And there are some nice areas in NW Indiana. But gary and Hammond are not my "cup of tea" as far as places to live. Valpo is more my style but that puts me way too far from friends and family, where as Southern Wisconsin keeps me 30-40 minutes from them.

For someone who posts comments that imply that all of Indiana is the greatest and all other areas are basically "scum", your "Location" in your profile can very easily be construed to indicate that you take a very dim view of a particular northern Indiana city.

maybe this will offer some insight to South Bends corruption.
#1 the 2nd congressional district scandal involving the primaries of Barack Obama in 2008. Made national news. that is UNACCEPTABLE! and Embarassing too.
#2 the wiretapping scandal in none other than South Bend. We have the FBI involved and its making national news to some degree again.

Really.......... is South Bend trying to become the replacement to the corruption in Northwest Indiana? cause if so South Bend is doing a great job at earning that title.
Lets keep the Corruption confined to NWI where it belongs for now.
Northern Indiana aside from Fort Wayne is just disturbing.

The consumer can' expect all of their gizmos and gadgets to stay relatively cheap and expect a company to keep high wages doing jobs that don't even warrant them. It's time to figure out what's more important. More jobs with a more modest wage or jobs overseas for a cheaper price?
Yes $15 a hour is ok.

Problem is this. Say you gamble. you lose $60,000 and gain back $300 you still lost. same with this job crap. When a city has lost 30k jobs and only gain back a couple hundred you are still in the hole.
