Default Hamilton/Boone County Area

Does anybody have any info/websites/data on the the Hamilton and Boone County area of the Indianapolis Metro? Any insight into the area is much appreciated as I'm doing research in the area and have never been there. Who are they major homebuilders? What towns are annexing in anticipation of growth? What kinda families are moving in?
Thanks for your help!!!

If you want to avoid the annexation hassles, move to Boone County. Zionsville has a top rated school system and it's a nice town that is very picky on controlling growth/sprawl.

We used to live in Fishers and liked it fine, but if we ever move back up that way, we'll move to Zionsville this time around.

Agreed! Zionzville is an excellent town with much going for it. Carmel and Fishers are great as well. Also, look into Noblesville. It is an up-and-coming town that has some beautiful subdivisions.

Nice areas but horrid if you are single. You might as well be from Mars.
