Default Lawrenceburg,Greendale,Hidden Valley...

Does anyone know or have information on this area ?
Since these areas are near the mighty Ohio River I am wondering
if this area floods or has a floodwall.
I know there is a casino there so I am wondering about the
crime factor. Is it safe to walk your dog at night ?
I would be commuting to the airport in Kentucky for work.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

kazegirl is on a distinguished road
This is the area that I am from. I will try to give you some information. We have not had a serious flood since 1997. That flood was worse for Aurora and farther downriver. Lawrenceburg does have a large levy. The area is still very small town even with the casinos. Especially Greendale. Hidden Valley is more of a subdivision than a town bigger yards, HOA etc.. In this area we are more connected to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky than Indiana. We tend to think of ourselves more as tri-staters or Cincy people than Hoosiers.

Hope this helps.
