We want to move to noblesville to an area with a lot of children.
All the schools rate very well.
I can't seem to find out anything bad about the area.
We pay 16,000$ in taxes in ny now.
Our total mortgage payment is about 42oo$ not including flood insurance.
The low taxes in noblesville are very inticing. Usually you give up good schooling for low taxes.
Ryland homes is offering new homes in roudebush farms community.
Anyone know anything good /bad about them?
We can sell our home in ny for about 700k and buy a new home in noblesville for under 200k. It seems like a great idea.

Lots of kids in Noblesville, especially in the newer subdivisions like Roudebush farms ... you won't have any problems.

Yea, the reverse sticker shock for most moving to Indiana is pretty hilarious.

Ryland builds a nice home too.
