Default Plumbing Jobs in Bloomington?

We are in the process of relocating to the Bloomington area. I have looked at everything I can think of, and we are completely in love with the area. The one thing that I am confused on is the lack of Plumbing positions I can find in the local paper or any where else for that matter. I know that Indiana is a Union state, (we live in AZ and the Union is a joke here, no one belongs) do you need to be a member of the Union to find a plumbing job? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

wow babs, I wish I could help you. In building a house here, etc. it didn't seem to me that many were Union plumbers, but I could easily be wrong. Two of the "big" names that come to mind are Juergens Plumbing and Weddle Bros. You might also do an online yellow pages search for plumbing and call the companies directly.

If you end up in B-ton, let me know. One can always use a good plumber.
